Individual Counselling: £55 per 50 minutes session

EMDR Therapy: £85 for 90 minutes or £55 for 50 minutes (90 minutes is recommended in the first instance for preparation purposes)

I offer a free 15 minute online or telephone consultation to answer any questions and see if the counselling might be a good fit prior to booking. There is no obligation to book at this point.

Concessionary rates

I have a set number of sessions that I can offer at a concessionary rate for those on a low income. All of these slots are taken at the moment. Contact me if you would like to be alerted when I have concessionary slots available again.
